came in with a bang!  The new chipboard buttons are soooo dang pretty!  The paper has a very old fashion flair to it.  For all those "baker's" out there, this paper is a MUST HAVE!! Her new line of Bingo Cards are just fabulous and look so great on pages, in mini-albums, or by themselves as trading cards (bigger version, lol).  We got in the new little Fleurette's and a huge re-order on the popular little calendar pages.   

When we were at the Craft & Hobby Show in January we came across a company in the "New Exhibitors" section that we had never seen or heard about before.  The company Scrap FX is based out of Australia.  Their whole product line are these very intricately cut & designed chipboard pieces.  We just ate it up.....and we hope you will too!!  We took some pictures to try to really get the detail across to our customers.....YOU!!  The pictures are a little dark but you will get the "picture" of the type of product.  Good stuff!!  The pictures are of really detailed gates, cool titles for pages such as "School,"  "100%Boy", "Rough & Tough," and there are some amazing trees, owls, birds and other little details we HAVE to put on our pages these days!!  Come in and see the huge selection we ordered from this fabulous new company!!

 

   

Sunday's Classes You Just Can't Miss!

Tomorrow, Sunday February 21st we have two great classes scheduled. Starting at 11:00am  Elena E., founder of Scrapbook Royalty, will be at Pink to teach a fabulously filled mini-book.  She has designed THE most amazing little crown album literally FILLED with very cool little trinkets, lots of glitter, and girlie goodness!  Each class member will receive a goodie bag.  Since this class will be during lunch-time Elena has suggested that each attendee bring a snack to share.  The cost for this class is $38.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then, at 2:00pm Ally S. (you know the girl with the awesome pages on the Sassafras blog!) will be here to teach a 2-page 12x12 layout class titled "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun."  For this layout, you will be using  rubons, felt, and even do a small amount of stitching.  You will also be cutting out shapes for the fine little detail that makes a layout really pop.  Cost for this class is $17.

Teresa Collins and Tim Holtz...

Ok, LOVING this fast shipping business on all the new product!!  Today we got in ALL of the new Teresa Collins lines!!  We took a ton of photos of her layouts and projects at the Craft & Hobby show. The new lines are called "Documented, Family Matters, Journal-It Girl, and Haute Cuisine."  The new cuisine line is super cool because the colors can go with ANY kitchen.  It also matches really well with her last "Cookbook" release so you can add new recipes to your already made books, or start a fresh new recipe book with the "Haute" new line!  You MUST come check out the new Chipboard Charms from Teresa.  You will definitely want them ALL!!  We are still waiting on most of Tim Holtz' new products but we did get in his new Digital Distress-ables Images, that come with 365 very cool images!  He is so forward thinking and unique.  His style isone-of-a-kind.  Tim Holtz just rocks the scrapbooking and stamping world!!  Oh yes, and we just re-stocked Tim's Distressed Inks and Paper Distresser Tool!

Sassafras Lass: Scarlet in the HOUSE!!!!

Wow-za!!!  Everyone needs to check out the Sassafras Lass Blog!  Allyson Serrato has a layout featured on their blog, AND they show a picture of her next card class that she will be teaching HERE at Pink in March using all the new Sassafras papers!!   You go girl!!  Recognition truly does come to those that are talented AND good hearted.  Pink is Proud!

Heidi Grace, Cloud 9 & Anna Griffin

Isn't is lovely?  The sound of new product coming through the doors, boxes opened, and gasps as we oohhhhhh & ahhhhhh over the product we ordered just last month at the Craft and Hobby Show!!  It's truly like Christmas all over again.

Heidi "Grace"-d us with a fresh new line called "Sweetest Bug."  The name alone is just so dang cute!!  Seriously, hasn't Heidi Grace come out with THE BEST stuff lately?  The company definitely has their mojo goin' on.   Ok, so I tried my hardest to download pictures for you all, but it just wasn't happenin'.  The papers are just darling, some patterned, some glittered, and some flocked....all GREAT!!  The rubons and glitter stickers are a perfect little addition to this new line.

As far as Cloud 9goes, we got in all their new little page pebbles or rain dots as they call them.  The little lips and skulls are just so cool, and the "BFF", well....we ALL know how teens are just soooo into scrapbooking these days!!  Send 'em over to Pink, we'll take good care of them.  We'll get them started and then you can cherish your time with them while you both scrapbook together!!  Ok, so once again....I can't get the picture to upload....so we are stuck with this mediocre little "Rain Dots" tag....and the sign that say "coming again"....guess what ladies......THEY ARE HERE!!! 

  Anna Griffin sent us the new Flora line.  Very classy, very...well....floral...you will LOVE it!!   

I can't wait until all the other product lines come in from these 3 companies!  You will be pleasantly surprised by all the NEW PRODUCT!!

   

Paper House, Paper Crafts Magazine & A LOT of tools, albums, inks etc.

So yeah, it's pretty great to be at Pink right now.  Boxes upon boxes just keep on coming, even TWICE a day....thank you UPS man and FedEx guy!! 

Paper Househas some great new travel papers and embellishments.  If you have been searching for new China, Mexico, San Diego, Beach theme papers and embellishments, look no further!!  We got in more destinations as well, just can't think of them all right now.  Paper House has NEW glitter rub-ons, soooo cool!!  Come in and see the cool new "Rock star" and "Beach" glitter rub-ons.  They also have some zoo and school new product in.  The prices on the chipboard stickers are great too!!     

The NEW Paper Crafts Magazine just arrived today.  At $4.99 you can't afford NOT to come in and get one.  Fill your inspiration tank!  

Making Memories sent us a re-shipment of their deluxe Paper Piercer tool.  I just HAD to get one myself this time around.  One end is the paper piercer that we all know and LOVE, and the other end has a hoop for helping to thread needles, yarn, embroidery yard, etc.  The inside even has a place to hold needles!! 

Tonic just sent us three sizes of cutters too!!  We have in stock the 12", 8.5" and 6" paper cutters!   

We just got a re-order of Stazon in many colors, including OPAQUE WHITE!!    There are more Cat Eye's inks in stock now too, in MANY different colors.

Scallop Circle or Square Punches anyone?  We have the 3" size back in stock!!  This popular punch just can't seem to find a "shelf life" in our store!  You need to turn over the packaging to see the full size of the punch, it is MUCH BIGGER than the picture shown on the front.  Shout out to Dee S. (teacher extraordinaire), this is the punch you need for your little project you were working on Friday night!!  It will save you a ton of time!  No more cutting our scallop circles ladies!!

Mommy & Me Monday Craft, Flickr Account & Theme Crops!

The Mommy & Me craft Monday will be canceled tomorrow due to the holiday.  We've had many mom's mention that they will be out of town for the four day weekend.  We will see you NEXT Monday for a new craft!!

So this past Friday nights crop was ONCE AGAIN full!  Thank you so much to all the fun ladies that came out to participate in our 2nd themed crop of the year.  Our first theme crop, with Gloria and Krystie, "the PJ" crop was full almost immediately and had a LONG wait list.  Our second theme crop, with Ally S. and Krystie, "Crush on Pink" crop was ALSO full with a long wait list!  Hint:  Next month's theme cropwith Elena from Scrapbook Royalty and Jennifer Priest Creative Director for SBR will be hosting a "Crop Like Royalty" themed crop on Friday, March27th from 6:00pm to midnight.  Cost is $15 for our theme crops and each guest goes home with a great goodie bag.  For the PJ crop each scrapper received a pair of slippers from Victoria Secret!  The Crush on Pink croppers received a hand-painted canvas tote made especially by Ally S.  They also received a ton of embellishment, candy, and lip gloss in a pink "lips" container.....soooo cute!!  We still do give-aways throughout the night, and the entertainment is just plain hilarious.  The March crop is already filling, so call soon to reserve your spot.  760-598-2222.  

   

Maya Road, Royalty on the Road, and Fairy Fly-by's!

Whoa, so the store was PACKED Friday night, not only with croppers, but all the NEW Maya Road products!!  Hello hat pins, sheer owls & birdies, chipboard apples & dinosaur shapes, acrylic little family on a key chain, beautimous ribbons, and chipboard albums galore!!  Ahhhhh, the new stuff is to DIE for!!  Here's a little sneaky at some of the goodies that came in:

               

Royalty on the Road- Sunday February 15th 1:00pm to 4:00pm

 

We have chosen the class "Whooo Do You Love" by Jennifer Priest for our Royalty on the Road event.  The class fee, raffle money, & a portion of Pink Pineapple Sales on Sunday will go to benefit the Cancer Coping Center of San Diego.  The cost for this event is $38 and includes all the materials for the Owl Class & a goodie bag!! Class members will receive a 10% discount on all purchases made the day of the class.  There are a few spots open, 760-598-2222.

Customers that VISIT our store Sunday will receive a "Fairy Fly-By"  from Scrapbook Royalty, just for stopping by. We will also be raffling off two baskets to raise even more money for Cancer Coping Center. Pink Pineapple will be donating a percent of our sales Sunday to Cancer Coping Center.  

 

Sassafrass Lass....

The big "buzz" at the Craft and Hobby Association was the new SASSAFRASS LASS product lines.  So, do you want the good news or the bad news?  Good news?  Ok, the good news is......that ALL THE SASSAFRASS LASS paper lines are in our store now!  The bad news is that all the really neat "felties"and sticker embellishments that GO with the papers are not yet released!!  The stickers should arrive soon, but the "felties" will not be available until April.  We will re-order this entire line again in Aprilso that you can enjoy both the papers and embellishments together.  BUT, we had to get this product in your hot little hands FIRST!!  The embellishments are pictured here....but they are not in stock yet.  The paper lines are called, "Bungle Jungle,"  "Vintage Yummy," and "Anthem."   They are all soooo great!!   The paper alone is worth a trip to the store!!!!

               

Imaginice, Three New Lines of Paper.....ALREADY!!

New product gets my heart pitter-pattering soooo fast!  In fact, my favorite new line from Imaginice is called "Twitter-patted."  How stinkin' cute is that?  The papers are soooo darling.  Wait until you see the new ACRYLIC stamps!!!  The little birdie pictured below is actually an acrylic stamp.  The stamps are like "singletons" so the prices are very inexpensive and the stamps are fabulous!!  We got in several; flip flops, a fox, bird, princess carriage...like the one pictured on the paper, a cool tree, crown, a summery journaling box, and more!!   The three lines that just arrived are called "Fairest of them All" a beautiful yet very girlie princess line, "Twitter-patted" a more woodsy look with the sweetest little porcupine's, foxes, bunnies, owls and deers, ohhh and "Summer Cool" a hip new line with Popsicles & flip flops...super beachy and PERFECT for our neck of the woods. I had to put a shot of the new brads they designed to match their paper lines, ummmm.....thank you!!!!    Here are some pictures of the new stuff, but let me tell you......it looks MUCH better in person!!  

     

     

Too Fun Tuesday:  FREE Crop!

Don't forget we crop for FREE all day every Tuesday from 9:00am until 6:30pm.  There is no need to call to reserve a spot, just show up with your scrapping projects!!  We have our "usuals" who are soooo fun and friendly, and we have a nice flow of new ladies that come.  We hope to see you tomorrow!!
