Friday Night Red Eye

Hiya pink peeps,

      So, this is gonna be short and sweet, i just got off the horn with Teri and she told me Mr. Brown short's had already been there. {perhaps he learned his lesson, after been gone for so long... wink!}  All i know is we got Chatterbox with birdies and trees, (ummmmmmm, oh dear, that could be a problem for my wallet), Creative Imaginations, alot of Disney, and some orange stuff!  I will be in tonight, to work til midnight!  You know i will bust through the boxes and get all the details for ya, and then let ya know tomorrow!  If you want to come by tonight, Kimmy will be your captain, and i will be your friendly flight attendant serving cold beverages and M & M's. We will be there for all your Pineapple needs, so if the door is locked just knock really loud.  After you pass through security, we will let ya right in!   Thank you for flying the Pink Pineapple skies..... See you tonight Pinkies!

Making Memories is in the Hizzy!

Making memories is in the house!  And so is Elsie's new recipe box!!! 

Well, i told ya i would be back once the manhunt was complete.  Lets just say i found Mr. Brown shorts, and hijacked some boxes from his hands, all of which happen to be one of our faves here at the Pink!  Making Memories is in the house y'all!  Holy smokes.... so where do i begin???   Ummmm, i would have to say we pretty much got the mother load, basically the entire line of their newest release which is called "Passport".  Oh my, it is sooo yummy, i remember seeing it at the show, and thinking this stuff is hot!  And now it's here.  Six months we've been waiting for these puppies!  Yaahooooooooo!   So here is the down low: 12 x 12 passport travel albums, tonnes of yum travel papers, alphabet stickers, both with glitter and polka dots, in a whole whack of yum colors, puffy stickers too, hot new corduroy albums in 12 x 12 ,  8 x 8  and 8.5 x 11,  in 6 different colors!  Heaven ladies!  We also got the kraft scalloped and ric rac albums too! They are sooooo cute!

That's it pink ladies, i don't have time to blog... i have to go shop!  Love ya and be pink!  PS:   Oh my heck... i just wrestled the man to the ground and got another box!  The Elsie Recipe box just came thru the door!!!!!!!!  I think i am going to have a hissy fit!!!!!   Get in your car now, and get over here my pink ladies... this place is hoppin with new yumness!  Oh, and tomorrow night we still have some pink seats that can be filled, so give us a jingle @ 598-2222!   Think Pink!   Chow Bellas :)

Wanna Scraplift?

Hey there Pineapple chica's! 

What's happening hot stuff?  So before i get straight down to the discussion of Mr. Brown shorts, i have some other business to discuss first!  So... take a gander onto these beautiful pages! {Scroll down south, way down there at the bottom!}  I must say we do have some of the most talented scrappers and teachers around, and we are so lucky to have them!  They do such fabulous work, and their pages are delish to look at!  So here goes, the first layout is by Carrie Elias, using the yummy new line by Chatterbox.  The second layout is by our girly Michele Reed, so cute  using all the Cosmo Cricket yums.  The third layout is by Terri Kinjo, and she used all the cute Creative Imaginations, and last but not least, is a darling layout by our own Miss Brittany Malone.  She used all the manly Rusty Pickle papers.  These layouts are all so good, and up for scraplifting too!  We put these pages up for you, so be our guest, next time you see a page you like just ask us where the product is for that page, and don't be shy!  We will hand pick it out just for you!  How much easier could your scrapping get, like a little homemade recipe just for you!.

If you are look at these layouts and think "Holy Cow, that is alot of stuff", not to worry , just simmer yourself down.  We have a lot of really simple layouts in the store as well.  Sometimes we think scrapbooking is so complicated, but it doesn't have to be.  Just grab some cardstock, an adhesive, your photos and a pen. BAM - you are ready to roll little mama.  I did a super simple layout yesterday doing just that, and it is up in the Jenni Bowlin area in the 3 window above the kids jail  area. {Wink!}  Next time you are in, take a peek at it.  It is red and navy and has little pictures on it.  Seriously took me 10 minutes.  Gotta love those pages!

So,  I still don't hear that big brown truck!  Where is our cute little Mr. Brown shorts?  Stuck in traffic?  Come on man!  Bring me some boxes to crack open and we can find the delicious new yumness waiting for us to get our hot little hands on.

Well, let's talk about classes while we wait for the main man.  So tommorrow night is our great little beginners class. It is at 6:30, and it is a great way to start scrapping, or learn a lot of techniques.  We do a custom 2 page spread and start with organizing your photos and finish with the most darling pages.  In between you will learn anything you need to know- eyelets, stampin, how to work the crop a dile, punches, brads, journalling , you name it, this class has it, so give the store a hollar- 598-2222, and sign up today.

Then on Friday night, of course we will be there scrappin the night away until midnight.  You all know the drill on this, and if ya don't just scroll down, and read about it down south.  We still have some spots left, so give us a jingle on that topic too. 

 Then on Saturday we have one of our newest teachers teaching 2 classes.  Ally will be teaching a darling card class @ 1pm, making 7 cards, and a tonne of embellishments and techniques are packed into this class, and uses all the new Jenni Bowlin yummies.  Then she will be teaching the cutest hambly album at 3 pm.  It is such a sweet little album, and it is inspired by Taylor Swifts album track "Stay Beautiful".  SO Cute!

Well it appears that I am going to have to go on a manhunt.  Off to stalk the U.P.S. man.  Ohhhh yoooohoooo...i am comin' to git cha.  I'll be back when i find Mr. Brown shorts to report on what he had for us today!   Chow mama's, until next time, BE PINK!

Mr. Brown shorts update, and my whoopsie!

     First off, how'de y'all like that last blog entry down south!  Oh Lordy,  I thought i was just saving that post, but i actually published it! Gosh good golly, this poor bliggity blog, will i ever get it right?  What kind of of a ding bat is runnin this rodeo?  Anyhooooo...  So scroll down, and check out all those yummy pictures of that yum paper!  We got a honkin' huge order in from Dream Street, thanks to cute Mr. Brown shorts luggin' in that box!  What would we do without him? Sure hope he doesn't read this blog, talking about his shorts again behind his back!

    It has been a great week at our cute little shop!  There is new stuff everywhere, and it has been flying off the shelves!  Tomorrow night is no exception!  We have our Friday Night Frenzy, starts at 6 pm, and goes until Midnight!  There are a few pink seats left, so if you want us to save you a spot for your cute little self, call the store in the mornin'.  We open at 10 am and our # 598-2222.  Also, don't forget about our Memorial Day crop!  That is on Monday!  This month flew by... the crop starts at 10:00 AM and goes until 5:00PM and the cost is $5.00.  That is a steal! 

On Saturday we have 2 classes going on as well.  At 9 AM Krystie Whillock is teaching her "I can scrap too" class for kids.  It is super fun, and a great way to introduce your kids into scrappin, plus you can shop while they are busy doin' their thing!  Then at 2 PM, Lisa is teaching her "Beginner photography" class.  This class is awesome, and  you will learn so much about photography, and she even goes through all those little buttons and thing- a- ma- jiggies on your camera and tells you how they work!  That is worth $ 50 bucks right there!

Well,  i better hit the hay, {who am i kidding, i am going downstairs to eat 5 more chocolate chip cookies and have a glass of milk.} Wink! {and then i wonder why my levi's are bustin at the seams...hellllloooooo lady!  Step away from the cookies!}   I will see you at the Pink, and we will be there late tomorrow, so if you get your wee ones in bed, and the man is watching sports, come on over for your own personal jail break!  We'de love to see ya, and we will show ya all the new stuff!  Until then pinkies, dream in pink! {and don't forget the cookies!}

     Whats new in your pink world? I will tell y'all whats new in ours!  Let me just say this, I haven't been to the Pink since Tuesday, and i think i am going to have a coronary when i go tommorrow!  I can't wait to go shopping to work!  So now i am going to let yall have it!  Can i get a whoop whoop?

Hiya Pink _Ladies!

Well i don't even know where to begin... since i have a list as long as my arm...

 

 

Mr. Brown shorts has been here hauling in some serious boxes!!  {maybe i should ask him his name instead of calling him Mr. Brown shorts?}  So here goes sistas...  So we got the new line from Cosmo Cricket called "Hello Sunshine" and the colors are so bright and cheery.  My fave is the 8 x 8 scalloped paper pad!  { the small pic at the top of the post!}  Then we got a reorder on some of our fave tools... the big bite that can pop a holey a clear 6 inches into papers, chipboard, metal, plastic etc etc. Then the greatest tools from Basic Grey, the sanding kit, and the rub on tool which makes putting your rub-ons on like you are buttering bread.  {Bought it yesterday after watch Toni use it all weekend long!} Then below are the 3 new lines from Daisy Buckets.  They are darling, and we even got some acrylic stamps in from this company.  Speaking of stamps we got 6 of Teresa Collins new stamps in, and they coordinate with her travel line, which of coarse we had to get as well.  Speaking of travel lines we also got the new line from Little Davis in and a lot of cool new nude chipboard!  They are really thin and totally neat letters and shapes.  I will be buying them on Friday night!  And last but not least we got the most darling line from Heidi grace in,  The theme is family and it has trees and birdies all over it.  Sorry no pics of them but some sites weren't loaded yet, or were under construction.. but here is the solution... just go into the pink and see all this yummy new stuff for yourself!  We are open late tonight since Michelle Hill is going to be in the hizzy doing her kit workshop!  That starts at 6 pm, and then on Friday we are open late too!  We are having our crop until Midnight and so call up your own personal pink posse and reserve yourself a pink chair!  It is filling fast, but i do know there are some spots still open  Even if you are a beginner, come on by and we will help you get your scrapbooks going.  I will be there showing the top new 1000 products, and probably breaking out some new dance moves too!  So, that is 2 nights to shop, plus of coarse our regular hours!  Cant wait to see your cute face, and show ya all the awesome new stuff!  Also the new classes are on the counter, and they are CUTE!  Chow for now my pink peeps.

Hey there Pineapple Girls,

How was your weekend?  Ours was great, alot of our staff were at the San Diego Scrap Inn for a scrap getaway, and was it great!  That little house is a scrapper's dream, and we will be going back for sure!  We all had a hoot, the food was delish, {Thank you so much Christi and your sweetie sis Alexis...YUM!} the croppin was fab, and it was a nice break from the normal hub bub to be surrounded by friends, chocolate, and all our scrappin supplies, and all the extra visitors that snuck in for a quick visit! {Hee hee!}

So over the next few days we have our calligraphy class, and our free crop on Tuesday, and the cute free make and take card, and then on Wednesday, don't forget its Kit Night with Michelle Hill from Polka Dot whimsy.  She brought her latest kits by, and they are ready to be purchased at the store. {OH my goooodness, so cute!} Kits are limited- so if you are interested , go on by as quick as ya can.  If you have purchased a kit in the past, Wednesday night, all the girls will be there working on them with Michelle.  It is really fun every month, and it has been fun getting to know all the "Wednesday night girls".  So that is it for the next wee bit, but I will be back to let you know what our favorite man in the brown shorts and big truck drops off next!  Whoo wee, can't wait to see!  Until then,  try to stay cool, and Think PINK!

Sit your cute self down

     Holy doodle, there is a heat wave coming this weekend, but it hit the store already when the U.P.S. man slammed on his brakes right in front of our cute little pink doors!  Yippee- yi- yay!  Sit your cute self down with a tall cool lemonade, and read our latest scoop.  So much new stuff to report in the last 2 days! So the 3 papers right here are from a company called Graphic 45,

and they are very cute!  I think they are perfect for anything vintage, heritage , and even masculine photos too!  There is a darling one with vintage cars, and antique clocks too!  So many cute papers {sorry the images aren't super clear. What the heck, but  you can see the main idea can't cha?} Then, we got a whole whack of hot new stuff from Jenni Bowlin!  Her latest line is called "Trendy", and it is perfect for summer, hello sista's...it's in red, white and blue.  These papers are hot, and of course we got them all, my fave being the die cut paper with the notebook lines on it, the journalling cards, and the 4 x 4 mini papers.  You will have to run, and I mean fast, run really fast, into the store to see this cute new line.  So hmm, what else?  Let me rack my Pineapple brain.  Oh these cuties are here as well, a whole lotta love from Creative Imaginations showed up the other day and they are stinkin' cute.  {oh dear, i had to buy them and take part in the CI action, like i need more paper, i was organizing this week, and i am afraid to say that if the shelf ever falls from the wall in my scrapbook nook, let's just say it will be a fatal wound.  The dent left behind in my head would surely do me in.  Is it just me?  Please leave a comment below and reassure me that you too could be injured by your supplies as well! }  Whoopsie, went off on a bit of a tangent there, Anyhooooo, well i guess that is it for now, and don't forget about our class section on the website, there are some darling ones, and to sign up for our Memorial Day crop! How are all the Pink Ladies today?  

We are doin' great, and the store is hoppin'.  So, before we forget, just want to say a huge congratulations to Juli Meyers.  On our NSD weekend, she was the grand prize winner and she won the San Diego Scrap Inn weekend getaway, a prize valued at $450.00! What a lucky lady, we finally got a hold of her, after calling her on the telly a bazillion times.  Whoooo hooo!  We are so happy for her, and so thankful to the San Diego Scrap Inn {sdscrapinn.com} for donating such a wonderful prize to us. Some of us are headed there this weekend, and are dancing a jiggity-jig about that!

So check out these yummy KI- Love, Elsie beauties .  This is Elsie's new Book, a cute little Recipe Box in fact! We can't wait to get it! {We have chosen it for our new book, for our monthly book club! I will fill y'all in on that in the next post...this is gonna be a long one.}  These hot papers are from the new Elsie Line, the acorn one is my fave, and they have been selling like hot cakes... so get your bun's in here and grab some before it's gone! {On a side note, I bought a felt album from KI, and it was defective... they responded to my email in 59 minutes, and lets just say my customer satisfaction is at %100!}  Love good companies that stand behind their products.

So it is almost mid May?!  What the heck?  If you don't have plans for Memorial Day, then get on the horn and give us a call {598-2222}. We are having a Memorial Day crop from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m..  That is  7 hours of scrappin for only $5.00. Whoopee!  Call your girlfriends, and book it fast before it is sold out.

Speaking of sold out Kimmy's class for tomorrow night is {Yippee}!  So your next chance to take one of our fab classes is going to be on Sunday at noon.  It is a layout class with Carrie E. and it is for girl photos and adventures at the zoo.  This class is soooooooooo cute, and Carries pages are killer.  Check it out!  Well, until we meet again my pinkies...Be good, and think pink.
